Job Description
SHV Group is seeking a P2P Team Leader for Nutreco in Delaware. The role involves managing the end-to-end processing of invoices, collaborating with finance and procurement teams, and identifying process improvements. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related fields, with at least 2 years of team management experience. The position offers a flexible work environment, allowing remote work 2 days per week.

As a P2P Team Leader , you will play a critical role in driving the financial success of the organization by partnering with the business. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the FSSC Finance Team, identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop actionable insights.
About The Role: P2P Team Leader
Responsibilities:
• Execute the end-to-end processing and management of invoices with purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established guidelines.
• Engage with Stock Control to facilitate order confirmations and resolve issues related to purchase orders.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to coordinate the end-to-end P2P process, from order creation to payment, optimizing workflow efficiency.
• Match incoming invoices with corresponding POs, verifying accuracy in quantities, prices, and terms, and process invoices promptly for payment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the P2P process, implementing changes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize errors in Transactional Finance.
Skills and Expertise
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in related roles, with a focus on team management.
• Strong knowledge of transactional finance activities.
• Experience in the industry or relevant sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work fluently in both Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
