Overseas Sales Manager

HengWang(H) is seeking an Overseas Sales Manager in Kenya to develop markets and maintain customer relationships for construction machinery. Responsibilities include formulating sales plans, negotiating contracts, managing orders, and addressing after-sales issues to boost customer satisfaction. The position offers a full-time schedule with a salary of RMB 15K–RMB 20K per month.
1. Responsible for market development and customer maintenance in relevant countries and regions, formulating sales plans for construction machinery in the assigned areas
2. Conduct contract negotiations and sign contracts with clients
3. Follow up on orders, ensuring compliance and accuracy according to the company's order process to reduce business risks
4. Conclude and summarize business activities, manage the archiving of relevant documents, and address after-sales issues (service, claims, etc.) to enhance customer satisfaction and market share.
