Job Description
Omega Solar Energy is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Little Rock, AR. The role includes selling solar products, conducting home surveys, and preparing sales proposals. Candidates must have prior sales experience and a valid driver's license. The job offers a salary plus commission and bonuses based on self-generated leads. Representatives are expected to work 5 out of 6 days from 9am to 6pm and must be willing to travel.

Quarterly Bonus Structure
• When you sell 4 self generated leads or referrals in a quarter, you will receive a $5,000 bonus.
• When you sell 8 self generated leads or referrals in a quarter, you will receive a $10,000 bonus.
• When you sell 12 self generated leads or referrals in a quarter, you will receive a $15,000 bonus.
• When you sell 15 self generated leads or referrals in a quarter, you will receive a $20,000 bonus.
Note: In addition, we often set weekly or monthly goals for a more bonus opportunities.
Option for W-2 Sales Structure
• Weekly salary paid out bi-weekly
• Car and Gas card
• Work week expectations are 9am-6pm working 5 out of the 6 days between Monday and Saturday
• If not at an appointment during these hours the rep should be at the office doing follow ups, calling new leads, and working on current signed deals
• Commission structure on top of weekly salary!
Option for 1099 Sales Structure
• Commissions paid based on competitive redline
• Work week expectations are 9am-6pm working 5 out of the 6 days between Monday and Saturday
• If not at an appointment during these hours the rep should be doing follow ups, calling new leads, and working on current signed deals
Qualifications:
• MUST HAVE PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD.
• High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required
• Maintains knowledge of solar system and solar industry changes
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to write correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees in the organization
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and draw and interpret bar graphs
• Skill in creating sales leads
• Maintains a valid driver’s license
• Authorized to work in the United States
• WILLING TO TRAVEL
Responsibilities
• They are responsible for ensuring customer needs and expectations are met, conducting a preliminary survey of home’s viability for solar, preparing sales proposals and presentations, and working with customers to complete the necessary documentation required for the sale
• Must be willing to run 2 to 3 preset appointments a day
• Sells business unit products to owners or agents of homes
• Communicates courteously with customers to ensure needs and expectations are met
• Conducts home surveys to assess home viability for solar installation, including photographing and documenting home information
• Prepares sales proposals and presentations to obtain a sale contract and necessary documents
• Covers sales leads and develops sales leads creatively in assigned territory
• Records accurate measurements and writes correct descriptions of homes inspected
• Prepares appropriate specifications and computes system costs through company software
• Executes contracts on behalf of the company, observing company policy as to credit terms of sale
• Advises customers about solar system additions including mounts, batteries, and other system upgrades
• Contacts customers throughout installation process to ensure customer satisfaction and develop referrals
• Maintains customer information in Go High Level
• Completes appropriate training courses assigned
• Attends all Company/Team meetings
• Maintains appearance of uniform as directed by company policy
• Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones, etc

• Send their Sales Reps referrals straight from their contact list in their phone
• Get PAID their referral fee through the app for their referrals that went solar
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
