This is an outside sales position — you will be actively working in the field, engaging directly with homeowners to deliver tailored energy solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Engage prospective clients in-person through direct field interactions.
• Represent Legion Solar Power with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Present tailored solar and energy upgrade solutions based on client needs.
• Proactively generate new sales opportunities through direct engagement, field canvassing, and referrals.
• Accurately maintain daily reports and fulfill assigned responsibilities on schedule.
• Utilize company-provided software tools to track leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
• Drive additional revenue through networking, referrals, and building strong customer relationships.
• Achieve performance targets set by the Operations/Sales Manager.
• Maintain a professional, approachable demeanor during all in-home and on-site consultations.
• Clearly explain Legion’s products and services or connect prospects with the appropriate team members.
• Handle customer questions and concerns with honesty, clarity, and care.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required — full training provided.
• Strong work ethic, high self-motivation, and the discipline to succeed in a field-based environment.
• Absolute integrity and consistent ethical conduct.
• Ability to quickly build rapport with homeowners and earn their trust.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are a plus.
• Proficiency with software tools and mobile applications.
• Ability to multitask effectively and respond quickly to prospects.
• Comfort working independently without direct supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Authorization to work in the United States required.

• Base hourly rate of $20/hour plus uncapped commission. Top performers routinely earn $70,000–$86,500/year.
