Outdoor Education Team Leader

Organize and lead the education program, camp recreational activities, and supervise staff while ensuring alignment with California State Educational Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set and review individual goals, provide ongoing feedback, and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
• Coordinate and train staff to lead hikes, facilitate team building, and initiate programming for clients.
• Develop and implement educational and recreational classes, maintain OE journal, and manage program equipment and supplies.
• Assist in management of staff wellbeing, feedback system, and professional development activities.
• Serve as Manager on Duty for designated nights, assist with supervision of students, and respond to requests from other departments.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 2 years' experience working with youth in Outdoor Education or similar settings.
• Minimum 1-year experience in leadership of educational outdoor residential programs or related experience.
• Able to maintain positive relations with supervisor and other staff.
