Position: Supply Chain Manager
Location: Windsor, Berkshire (3-4 Days On-site / 1-2 Days Remote)

Your Role's Impact:

This is a unique opportunity within our UK & European distribution operations. As the Organic Oils Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the supply chain, from production to delivery, ensuring efficient coordination at every stage. Your responsibilities will include managing logistics, quality control, and compliance, while fostering continuous improvement and sustainable practices.

Your keen eye for detail will help maintain optimal stock levels, monitor shipments, expert handling of legal documents like BLs, invoices, and quality certificates, and provide exceptional support to clients by addressing their queries. Building robust relationships with suppliers, distributors, and team members is vital to ensuring smooth operations. Your proactive approach and problem-solving skills will help navigate challenges and implement effective solutions.

Your Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in imports and distribution (export knowledge is a plus)
• Commitment to customer satisfaction
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Aptitude for building relationships across all organizational levels
• Proficient in MS Excel, spreadsheets, databases, and various IT programs
• Detail-oriented approach to tasks
• Ability to perform under pressure and make quick, sound decisions
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (Spanish preferred) are a plus
