Operations Manager

Futura Energy Group is seeking an Operations Manager for their anaerobic digestion site in Salisbury, VT. As the Operations Manager, you’ll manage the operations and maintenance teams at an anaerobic digestion site in Salisbury, VT.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage a team of employees across operations and maintenance.
• Be responsible for the budget and efficiency of electric & gas output.
• Educate your team on the importance of health & safety.
• Build maintenance plans for equipment and oversee maintenance contractors on site.
• Handle repairs and equipment malfunctions.
• Draft standard operating procedures in coordination with the leadership team.

• Ability to educate your team and external contractors on the importance of health and safety where needed.
• Able to lift and/or push objects weighing up to 50lbs.
