Job Description

TotalEnergies is seeking an Operational Technology & Cybersecurity Lead for US Renewable Energy to enforce cybersecurity requirements, manage inventories, and coordinate emergency responses. The role involves enhancing cybersecurity processes, ensuring compliance, and overseeing industrial network implementations. Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, 10 years of experience in industrial cybersecurity, and strong knowledge of SCADA protocols. This is a full-time remote position.
About the position

As the Operational Technology & Cybersecurity Lead for US Renewable Energy, you will be responsible for enforcing cybersecurity requirements, managing inventories, and coordinating emergency response activities. This role focuses on managing processes and systems rather than managing people. You will work closely with various teams to maintain and enhance our cybersecurity posture.

Responsibilities
• Enforce Information Systems Cybersecurity requirements.

• Participate in the Cybersecurity internal control program with central teams.
,
• Monitor and implement action plans following audits.
,
• Collaborate with team to ensure compliance of cybersecurity processes and practices.
,
• Drive change management to maintain industrial cybersecurity.
,
• Update NERC CIP program compliance.
,
• Integrate TotalEnergies cybersecurity standards and best practices to technical specifications used for EPC selection.
,
• Evaluate EPC proposals related to cybersecurity and industrial network and servers.
,
• Technically oversee and manage the industrial network and infrastructure implementation by third parties (e.g., EPC) to ensure compliance with TotalEnergies cybersecurity rules.

• Review Power Plant Controller control logic narratives and schemes to ensure the plants meet grid integration and operational requirements.
,
• Ensure proper coordination with the construction team and respect of global planning.
,
• Review EPC SCADA Design packages.
,
• Evaluate O&M contractor proposals related to cybersecurity.
,
• Support troubleshooting related to TotalEnergies Cybersecurity solution incidents.
,
• Ensure Maintenance in Operation and Security Conditions.

Requirements
• Degree in Computer Sciences, Electrical or Control Engineering.
,
• 10 years of experience, including 5 years in industrial cybersecurity, preferably within the Renewables sector.

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity for industrial systems.
,
• Experience with SCADA communication protocols, computer interfaces, and media types.
,
• Ability to interact with various stakeholders and work independently or cross-functionally.
,
• Fluent in English; abilities in Spanish and French are a plus.
