Office Manager

Arcadia is seeking an Office Manager in Kewdale, WA, responsible for various administrative duties, including MYOB experience, report preparation, communication with teams, and some reception tasks. The role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. This full-time position offers a salary between A$70,076.74 and A$90,000.00 per year and requires in-person work at the office.

We are currently seeking an Office Manager to take charge of the office and provide a variety of duties.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in MYOB
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to create and prepare reports for management analysis
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Liaise with the operations and finance teams
- Organising refreshments for any meetings/presentations etc.
- Staff & Resource Management

- Assisting the Sales Team
- Some reception tasks will be required, such as phone calls, visitors, mail and attending to the kitchen as required
