Bayfield Partners is currently seeking an office manager / executive assistant in its Nashville, TN office. This position is in-office (not remote or hybrid).

Description:

Bayfield Partners is a boutique investment bank headquartered in Green Hills. The firm is seeking an office manager / executive assistant to assist three finance professionals in an energetic and fast paced environment. Qualified candidates should have several years of experience as an administrative assistant in a financial services firm. General responsibilities include the following:

Responsibilities:
• Manage the office
• Assist with client tracking
• Assist with deal administration
• Maintain client and deal databases
• Assist with marketing
• Travel arrangements
• Organize meetings
• Maintain client and deal files
• Pay bills and manage expenses
• Anything and everything to support a growing team

Qualifications Needed:
• Several years of experience as an administrative assistant
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Detail oriented
• Time management
• Self motivated
• Willingness to learn new tasks
