The Role
• Administering equipment prescriptions
• Conducting home modifications
• Implementing falls prevention measures
• Pressure care management
• Complete Daily Living (ADL) assessments.
• Additionally, you will be equipped to make recommendations for other necessary supports and services to ensure our patients receive the best possible care.

Requirements
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) – Occupational Therapy Board.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
