OTR Truck Driver Class A CDL - SOLO/TEAM/OWNER OPERATOR

CAT TRUCKING LLC is hiring experienced CDL Class A OTR Truck Drivers (solo, team, or owner-operator) for a position based in Green City, MO. Drivers will transport goods across the U.S., earning weekly between $2,000 to $3,000. Benefits include fuel cards, toll passes, and newer truck models. The job requires 1.5+ years of experience and entails being on the road for 3-4 weeks at a time.

We’re seeking drivers with 1.5+ years of experience.
SAP/DUI drivers are not eligible.

Benefits & Equipment:
• Fuel Cards: 2 provided
• iPass for tolls
• Trucks: 2022-2025 Freightliners & Volvos (inverter, fridge)
• Trailers: Dry van only
• Miles: 3,800/week across all 48 states
• Home Time: 3-4 weeks on the road, up to 4 days at home

Compensation:
• 82% of gross (minus expenses)
• $500 bonuses available
• Weekly Earnings: $6,000 - $11,000 gross, $2,000 - $3,000+ take-home
• Lease Walk-Away Program
• 1099 Contractor (business account required)

Weekly Expenses (deducted automatically):
• $300 for PHD insurance, IFTA, and admin fees
• Truck Rental: $1,450/week (flat rate for 2022/2025 models)
• Tolls & Fuel: Deductions apply

Included in 18% Deduction:
• Trailer rent, cargo insurance, factoring, 24/7 dispatch, and maintenance for the truck and the trailer

Pay Schedule:
• First paycheck: Issued on the second week(first week stays behind)
• Secure deposit: $500 deducted for 6 paychecks, refunded with last paycheck
• Other paychecks: Issued every Mondays

Job Summary:

As an OTR CDL Class A Driver, you’ll transport goods across the U.S.—solo, in a team, or as an owner-operator.

Responsibilities:
• Safely operate the truck and follow traffic laws
• Ensure timely deliveries and maintain accurate logs
• Load/unload cargo and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
• Communicate with dispatch to coordinate routes
