Service Contract Management Specialist

We’re looking for a Service Contract Management Specialist to join our team and contribute to our rapid expansion. As a direct report to the Manager of Service BD, this pivotal role stands as a cornerstone within our services team. The role encompasses spearheading contract development and management across the North America markets and serves as the primary interface with our clients.

Service Business Development Specialist

The Business Development Specialist – Service position is a position that plays an important role with this rapidly growing company. This is a very dynamic and fast-track position which plays a vital role in the growth of the services side of the business. This role works with a business development team reporting to the Business Development Manager who reports to the Head of Services, Americas. The position will be a key member of the Service organization.

Vendor Audit & Escalation Specialist

This role involves performing both remote and on-site audits across the USA, working closely with the vendor operations and compliance team to address any gaps, and implementing improvements to strengthen vendor partnerships. The specialist will also develop and maintain an escalation process, helping to resolve high-impact issues and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. The Vendor Compliance & Escalation Specialist focuses on reactive compliance management and resolution of escalated issues that threaten service consistency or contractual compliance. This role will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a structured escalation process to address vendor disputes, performance issues, and compliance violations. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges before they escalate and a reactive approach when issues require immediate intervention.

Vendor Contract Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Specialist to manage all aspects of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with subcontractors in the service industry. This role requires a strong background in contract management, vendor negotiations, and legal compliance, with a focus on ensuring timely and efficient processing of agreements that align with the organization’s operational and financial goals.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills, along with a deep understanding of commercial terms, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the contract lifecycle and maintain strong vendor relationships, contributing to the company’s long-term success.
