Huntington National Bank is seeking an OFSAA FTP and Profitability Product Owner for its Finance Data Group in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves leading product development, partnering with business leaders on Funds Transfer Pricing, and supporting various finance initiatives. Candidates should have a quantitative degree, 5+ years in OFSAA and leadership experience. The position allows for flexible work arrangements, combining in-office and remote work.
Description
Finance Data Group within Huntington Finance & Controllership partners with FP&A, Treasury Balance Sheet Management, and Business Segment finance groups supporting key functions such as daily/weekly/monthly internal management reporting and analytics.
Our OFSAA FTP and Profitability Product Owner role within the Finance Data Group will act as product owner for the OFSAA application platform and related business processes, partnering with Balance Sheet Management to provide guidance to business stakeholders on FTP/Profitability related matters to optimize value delivered by the business segments, legal entities, and the organization overall.
Duties & Responsibilities
• As a player coach, lead a team through leading practices product development lifecycle management as well as delivering specific project tasks. One critical, reoccurring project is HNB’s FP&A monthly close cycle.
• Partner with business leaders and technology teams in the development, implementation, documentation, and use of models for Funds Transfer Pricing (in support of ALCO guidelines), multiple risk metrics, cost, and equity in support of RAROC (risk-adjusted return on capital) measures.
• Assist in coordinating and liaising with businesses and functions to educate and garner support for project initiatives.
• Contribute and support other group projects and initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in a quantitative-focused discipline
• 5 + years of previous experience working in OFSAA in the Financial Services Industry
• 5 or more years in leadership role
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with analytical platforms such as OFSAA FTP or other FP&A application solutions, BI tools (Tableau etc.), Database analytic tools
• Experience in leading a high performing team of 5 or more colleagues
• 5+ years’ experience in FP&A systems
• Expert in use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Knowledge of financial instruments and products to include an awareness of bank regulation, accounting, management accounting, valuation techniques and risk measurement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to converse with a wide variety of people across functions / seniority.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• High energy, self-starter with a flexible and pragmatic attitude and a desire to show continued progress.
• Good to have: Coding knowledge such as Python, R or SQL.
• Knowledge of finance business processes and the interaction between systems and processes

Compensation Range
$102000-$208000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
