Position Overview :

Niruthi, founded by Dr.Ramakrishna Nemani, utilizes a data-model assimilation approach based on the Terrestrial Observation and Prediction System to integrate satellite data, weather information, and mobile data into simulation models powered by Big Data and Artificial Intelligence.

The company develops custom solutions for various fields including Crop Insurance, Crop Yield Estimation, and Disaster Management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on NLP, LLM (such as GPT, BERT, etc.), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems.

- Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models for various applications, including conversational agents, content generation, and document understanding.

- Build and enhance NLP pipelines for text classification, named entity recognition (NER), sentiment analysis, machine translation, summarization, and more.

- Develop and integrate Text-to-Speech systems to deliver high-quality, human-like voice outputs for diverse use cases.

- Research and apply state-of-the-art techniques in machine learning, deep learning, neural networks, and transformer models.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions that address business needs.

- Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of existing AI models using modern techniques for efficiency and scalability.

- Maintain and contribute to AI model versioning, performance tracking, and data pipelines to ensure high-quality, reliable production systems.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, research, and advancements in AI, NLP, TTS, and LLM technologies.

Qualifications and Requirements :

- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLM), and Text-to-Speech (TTS) systems.

- Hands-on experience with NLP libraries such as Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK, or Stanford NLP.

- Proficiency in working with large language models like GPT, BERT, RoBERTa, T5, or similar architectures.

- Experience with Text-to-Speech technologies such as Tacotron, WaveNet, or similar TTS models.

- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML deployment services like Sagemaker, AI Platform, etc.

- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large datasets.

- Strong understanding of deep learning concepts, including transformers, neural networks, and recurrent neural networks (RNN).

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in developing voice assistants, chatbots, or similar AI conversational agents.

- Knowledge of speech synthesis, voice cloning, and audio signal processing.

- Published research papers or contributions to open-source projects in the AI/ML space.
