Internal Candidates Exist

The adjunct staff member will support the NH Listens team by contributing to engagement design, preparing additional outreach and summary materials, along with community-based and online facilitation duties as they emerge with the project assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities

Focus will be on:
• Facilitation
• Notetaking
• Note clean up
• Summary report writing
Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:
• Three years of related administrative support experience
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as computers, copiers, and fax machines
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 software, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as environmental studies or natural resources with experience working with community partners.
