About the position
The Conservation Designer at Nelson Byrd Woltz Landscape Architects will play a crucial role in bridging ecology and landscape architecture. Responsibilities
• Bridge the disciplines of ecology and landscape architecture through concepts, research, and graphic form.

• Design, investigate funding for, and coordinate studies on the diversity, composition, status, and management of terrestrial, wetland, and aquatic ecosystems.

• Identify key information gaps for ecological data and develop strategies and financial resources to address them.

Requirements
• Experience or academic background in conservation or ecology.

• Strong technical experience in project management, budget control, and quality assurance.

• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
