Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Organics Manager to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on business development, strategic planning, and providing comprehensive support to our organics division. The successful candidate will drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to our mission of sustainable waste management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the organics sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Strategy:Formulate and implement strategic plans to expand our organics services. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform decision-making.
• Support:Provide leadership and support to regional teams. Ensure best practices are followed and operational goals are met. Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
• Innovation:Promote and integrate innovative solutions to enhance our organics processing capabilities. Stay abreast of industry advancements and regulatory changes.
• Sustainability:Champion sustainable practices and initiatives within the organics division. Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve environmental goals.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development and strategy within the waste management or related industry.
• Strong understanding of organics processing and recycling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse data and market trends to drive informed decisions.
• Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with composting and anaerobic digestion technologies.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of the waste management industry and market trends.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
