Job Responsibilities:
• Provide a wide range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel applications, acrylics, nail art, and other advanced nail treatments.
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction by understanding clients' needs and recommending appropriate treatments.
• Maintain a clean, professional workspace, adhering to all sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and nail care products.
• Promote salon services and upsell retail products to maximize earnings.
• Participate in salon events, promotions, and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
• Valid North Carolina Nail Technician license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a salon or spa setting.
• Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and trends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• An existing book of business is required.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for the beauty industry.
