About the Role

• Support Strategic Planning, Governance, and Project Management
• Work closely with Traditional Owner groups to maximize community benefits from land use agreement income.
• Help shape initiatives that create meaningful and lasting change.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Community Development or a related field or equivalent experience in a comparable position.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in an Aboriginal and/or international development context, preferably involving capacity building, governance, or participatory planning.
