Mature Tree & Hedge Planting Team Leader Our client creates thriving outdoor spaces through beautiful planting, sustainable gardening and expert hard & soft landscaping. Job Description They are looking for a full time, experienced landscaper who specialises in mature tree planting. A passion for horticulture is a must & you will be required to run a small team safely & efficiently. You will be travelling and working in and around the local county areas of Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire and beyond on some of the most prestigious estates and gardens in the UK. The successful candidate will be joining an accomplished company who care for and value their staff, along with a competitive rate of pay with bundles of overtime. You will be assigned your own equipped vehicle and the use of all our top of the range in house machinery & equipment. They are looking for a physically fit, enthusiastic, and motivated team player who has: Requirements: * At least 5 years of practical hands on experience in soft landscaping & mature tree & hedge planting. * Experience or qualifications to operate our landscape machinery such as Mini excavators, Avant loaders and tele handlers.
