Material Handler/Environmental Laborer

Compensation: $18hr, Fringe Benefits, Paid holidays/vacation, medical available, 401K w/matching
• IMMEDIATE OPENING* available for Environmental Laborer/Material Handler position with Established Environmental Compliance Company.

Job Location: Primarily JBER

Full Time: 40 Hrs/week Starting wage: $18 hour, plus fringe benefits

We are an established environmental company with 17+ years in the local community. We hold several commercial and government contracts offering good job security. We support a positive work environment and care about the welfare of our employees. This is primarily a Materials Handler/Environmental Laborer Position. Applicants must be able to obtain at minimum "class C" CDL w/clean driving record, 40 hour HAZWOPER certification within 90 day of employment. This is a drug free work environment. Candidate must be able to qualify for military installation access (no felonies or violent crimes).

Key Responsibilities:
• Material handling
• Pickup, deliver, and process hazardous and nonhazardous waste and materials
• Load and position drums using manual and mechanical means
• General labor/Housekeeping
• Customer Service/interaction
• Follow policies and procedures
• Must follow a safety culture set by supervisors.
• Operate forklifts, lift gates, plow vehicles, flatbed/box trucks.

Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• Accomplish assigned tasks with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities
• Maintain neat/clean professional appearance
