Hey Recruiting Agency is seeking a Marketing Maven for their New Delhi office to drive marketing initiatives for their venture capital firm focused on Enterprise AI. The role involves content creation, social media strategy, event execution, PR relations, and managing digital presence. Candidates should have 3-5 years of marketing experience in VC or tech, with a strong understanding of AI and enterprise SaaS.

The Candidate:
A market maven usually refers to an individual who is a market participant with a great deal of knowledge and connections, thus having a trusted opinion on market events or the likelihood of success of a particular investment or speculation.
We're looking to bring on a high-caliber marketing lead to help drive our firm's marketing initiatives. As our Marketing Maven, you'll have the opportunity to tell these compelling stories, build our thought leadership in Enterprise AI , and shape the narrative of tomorrow's technology leaders. Working directly with management, you'll own and elevate our market presence in the Enterprise AI and Startup/VC ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Role will range across a number of marketing and branding activities for the firm, including:
● Content & Social Media
Help create high-quality thought leadership content on AI, enterprise Saa S, venture capital, and startups. Come up with creative ideas, work with partners, portfolio founders and the firm’s ecosystem to bring out insights. Create storylines, find relevant data, and create and iterate on drafts
Develop and execute social media strategy across Linked In and other platforms ○ Curate and publish quarterly newsletter highlighting portfolio and market insights
Manage content calendar and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders
● Events & Business Development
Help execute a series of virtual events and 1-2 annual in-person events
Potentially represent the firm at industry events, and enable founder connections
● PR & Media Relations
Identify and secure speaking opportunities at premier industry events. Coordinate media interviews and podcast appearances for partners
Build and maintain relationships with key tech/VC journalists. Build and share selected assets and data points with them
● Digital Presence
Manage website content and updates. Help implement SEO best practices
Oversee and expand firm’s presence across relevant digital platforms
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of stellar hands-on marketing and content creation experience in VC, tech, or enterprise software in a tier-1 environment. Portfolio of relevant work samples required
Understanding of AI, Enterprise Saa S, Startup, and VC landscapes, and a deep passion for these areas
Ability to leverage a variety of AI tools in a judicious manner to work quickly, and overlay with hand-crafted curation to deliver desired quality
Capable of both hands-on execution and coordination of external vendors and freelancers, as needed
Strong project management and organizational skills
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and independent
Preferred Qualifications
Network in tech/VC media
Experience working in a cross-geography setting (US-India)
Experience managing virtual events
Location is flexible (all-remote), working directly with the investment team based in California. The right candidate will have an opportunity for significant growth and will be able to take ownership of the firm’s growing marketing program over time.
