Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager will work with Consigli's energy and sustainability teams in the planning, development and execution of strategic marketing communications and initiatives dedicated to gaining brand exposure, awareness and the support of new business opportunities that contribute to the growth and expansion of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the business development and internal teams to align marketing plans with business growth goals.
• Create and manage brand campaigns across various channels (social media, email, web, tradeshows and events, etc.) to enhance brand awareness.
• Content creation: produce high-quality marketing content, including LinkedIn posts, digital brochures, client specific collateral, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers to support marketing, communication and branding efforts.
• Establish regular internal communication channels that highlight ongoing projects, innovations, and milestones.
• Data-driven decision making: use data and analytics to monitor the effectiveness of internal/external communication and engagement plans, and recommend enhancements.
• Develop and maintain a library of marketing resources that can be easily accessed and utilized by the Business Development team and other internal departments to build and reinforce energy and sustainability services internally within the organization.
• Coordination of progress photography, video planning, scripting and shoot coordination as required.
• Proactive content development for regions and market sectors for use in proposals.
• Assistance with proposal review when there is an overflow.
• Marketing liaison for monthly regional office & market sector meetings.
Required Experience and Education
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or relevant field required.
• Minimum 5-7+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Communications preferably in the energy and/or sustainability fields.
• Strong writing, journalism background a plus.
• A/E/C industry experience preferred.
• Fundamental project management skills with proven ability to keep multiple projects on track simultaneously.
