Gtech Solution Ltd – Leading the Future of Solar Energy in Bangladesh.
Gtech Solution Ltd is a growing solar energy company in Bangladesh. We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive who will be responsible for Solar OPEX & CAPEX model sales, managing relationships with utility companies and sourcing solar-related products.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies for Solar OPEX and CAPEX models.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in utility companies.
• Source solar-related products such as inverters, panels and other components.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance to clients regarding solar systems and components.
• Work towards achieving sales targets and company growth objectives.
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering/Renewable Energy or a related field.
Experience Requirements
• 2 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry),IT Enabled Service,Engineering Firms,Garments,Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances,Inventory/Warehouse
Additional Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience in solar energy sales, marketing or business development.
• Basic technical knowledge of solar systems, inverters, and project components.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in dealing with utility companies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
