Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the manufacturing of monopiles, transition pieces, and related subcomponents.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and project risks during the manufacturing phase.
• Serve as the Client's on-site representative at manufacturing facilities.
• Coordinate with various teams, including package managers, fabricators, engineers, and inspectors.
• Review and approve Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and completion certifications.
• Track project progress, schedules, and load-out plans, providing regular updates to leadership.
• Participate in progress and technical meetings.
• Conduct site visits and act as the Client's representative during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and First Article Inspections (FAI).
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and quality.
• Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, civil, or industrial preferred) or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Experience in manufacturing energy-related equipment (offshore wind experience is a plus).
• Ability to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, documents, and reports.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, international team and adapt to evolving project needs.
