Responsibilities:
• Ensure that products are manufactured safely and at the highest quality.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures for set-up, cleaning, running, and troubleshooting machines.
• Fill, package, and inspect products as directed.
• Keep accurate records and work closely with Quality Assurance.
• Assist other production employees as needed.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with quality systems and cGMP programs.
• Package and inspect products as directed.
• Keep accurate records for batches in log book.
• Move product to packaging, powders, and inspection via pallet jack.
• Ensure that all work areas are clean, especially when working with allergens.

Qualifications:
• Trained in all Quality and Safety Procedures.
• Operate packaging line, sorting machine, encapsulation, and mixing vessels.
• Basic understanding of the process.
• Run machines per expected run rates.
• Fill out batch record documentation.
• Basic troubleshooting.
