Managing Counsel, Benelux

Tesla is seeking a Managing Counsel for the Benelux region, based in Amsterdam. This role involves providing legal guidance on sales, service, marketing, and regulatory matters in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. The candidate will support business leadership and manage outside counsel. Ideal candidates are organized, self-motivated, and able to handle complex legal issues. Some business travel is required.

The Managing Counsel, Benelux will be part of Tesla’s EMEA legal team working on legal matters in Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, ranging from sales, service and marketing to commercial contracts, consumer protection and regulatory matters as well as Tesla’s Supercharger business. The focus for this role is to be the trusted advisor for the business leadership in the Benelux countries. You will specifically support in legal matters related to the service and sales business within Tesla and advise on applicable statutory and consumer protection laws, regulatory matters, marketing and real estate and Supercharger contracts as well as proactively manage outside counsel.

The role can be based in Amsterdam (NL). Some business travel will be required.
