## Join ERM's Leadership in Environmental Compliance

Ready to lead impactful environmental solutions for global clients? Join ERM, the world's largest pure-play sustainability consultancy, and help shape strategies that drive compliance, innovation, and sustainability for major industrial sectors. This is your opportunity to step into a leadership role where your expertise influences projects from the ground to the boardroom.

### Why This Role Matters

Environmental compliance is more than meeting regulations—it's about enabling businesses to thrive responsibly. As a Managing Consultant in Air Quality and Environmental Compliance, you'll guide clients through complex air quality and EHS challenges, ensuring they meet critical standards while advancing sustainability goals. Your leadership will help global organizations reduce risk, improve performance, and create a cleaner future. We're building our growing team in Atlanta, GA, and we're looking for someone who can make an immediate impact.

### What Your Impact Will Be

You'll lead technically challenging air quality and compliance projects for power, manufacturing, chemical, and pharmaceutical clients. Your work will drive strategic permitting and compliance programs that shape operational excellence. You'll collaborate with ERM's national network of experts to deliver best-in-class solutions and share knowledge across industries. Beyond the technical work, you'll build lasting client relationships and contribute to business growth through trusted advisory and innovative solutions.

### What We're Looking For

You'll need a bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences—chemical, environmental, mechanical, or civil engineering all qualify. We require 4 or more years of environmental compliance experience, with 6 to 10 years preferred. Your background should include consulting and permitting work. You need a strong understanding of air emissions, permitting processes (Title V, NSR, PSD), and federal and state regulations.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as is your ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

On the preferred side, a master's degree in a related field is a plus. Advanced MS Office skills—particularly Excel, Power. Point, and Access—will strengthen your candidacy. Experience with climate change initiatives, including GHG inventories and emission reduction strategies, would be valuable.

### Key Responsibilities

You'll develop air quality permits and compliance plans, including Title V and New Source Review applications. Managing strategic air permitting and compliance programs for complex industrial clients will be central to your role. You'll conduct regulatory analyses, emission inventories, and compliance audits. You'll support climate change projects and environmental management systems implementation, provide on-site EHS compliance support, and prepare Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.

Technical reporting is another critical piece—you'll prepare detailed reports, recommendations, and proposals for clients. Throughout all of this, you'll cultivate client relationships and contribute to ERM's business growth initiatives.

### About ERM
