Job Description

North Metropolitan TAFE is seeking a Manager for Strategic Infrastructure Planning and Projects in Northbridge, WA. This permanent full-time role involves supporting infrastructure solutions, developing Asset Management Plans, overseeing capital works, and contributing to sustainability initiatives. The position includes various employee benefits such as salary packaging and flexible hours. Candidates must have Australian citizenship or relevant residency status.
Level 7, $128,077- $136,891pa, PSCSAA

About the Role

The Manager Strategic Infrastructure Planning and Projects supports the Director Facilities in the interpretation of Training Services delivery and Industry Future requirements to identify and develop infrastructure solutions to ensure the College assets supports strategic direction.

The role will develop campus Asset Management Plans to develop business cases to secure financial investment to upgrade buildings and facilities. The role will also drive improved contractor performance, oversee strategic infrastructure and capital works projects and will have an oversight to the NMTAFE’s ten-year Strategic Infrastructure Plan.

Furthermore, this role will have input to environment and sustainability initiatives within the built environment in line with State Government targets and reporting requirements.
