Arconic is seeking a Manager, Sustainability Data & Reporting in Davenport, IA. The role focuses on integrating ESG targets into business strategies, managing supply chain transparency, and improving ESG evaluation frameworks. As Manager, Sustainability Data & Reporting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Arconic's sustainability strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Integrate ESG targets into Arconic's business and support functions to drive progress toward our 2030 targets aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs).
• Support the identification and management of environmental, human rights, and ethics topics within our supply chain through a robust supply chain transparency and traceability program.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement in ESG evaluation frameworks, including CDP and EcoVadis, and identify new ratings and ranking programs.
• Develop ESG processes and procedures, focusing on improving quality and coverage over time.

You will be responsible for developing resources and training materials on ESG risks and opportunities for various levels of Arconic professionals.
ESG Disclosure and Alignment:

Support ESG disclosure alignment and improvement across various Arconic functions, ensuring environmental and sustainability disclosure standards are met.
