Arconic seeks a Manager of Sustainability Data & Reporting in Davenport, IA. In this role, you will play a crucial role in advancing our sustainability efforts by collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key sustainability data and metrics. We are seeking someone with a strong background in sustainability, data management, and reporting, as well as a demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability data management and reporting strategy for Arconic.
Lead the collection and analysis of sustainability data from various internal and external sources.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all sustainability data and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key sustainability metrics and targets.
Monitor and report on progress towards sustainability goals and targets.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to sustainability reporting.
Communicate sustainability data and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and customers.
Identify opportunities for improvement in sustainability data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to enhance Arconic's sustainability efforts.
Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to support sustainability data and reporting initiatives.
Participate in sustainability-related events and conferences to represent Arconic and share best practices.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Environmental Health and Safety, Supply Chain, and Marketing, to integrate sustainability initiatives into overall business strategy.
Ensure compliance with all relevant sustainability regulations and standards.
Develop and manage budgets related to sustainability data and reporting.
Continuously monitor and evaluate sustainability data and reporting processes, and make recommendations for improvements.
