About the position
The Manager, Procurement Global Sustainability at McCain Foods Limited is responsible for driving the company's global sustainability efforts through effective procurement strategies. The manager will collaborate with regional procurement leaders and key stakeholders to achieve sustainability goals and ensure compliance with environmental commitments.
Responsibilities
• Lead the global Scope 3 reduction strategy to achieve a 30% reduction target by 2030.

• Engage and collaborate with suppliers to collect CO2 data and improve Scope 3 inventory.

• Oversee McCain's global renewable electricity sourcing strategy and manage regional projects.

• Refine and implement McCain's Responsible Sourcing program in collaboration with regional teams.

• Lead ongoing and ad hoc data collection and analysis to meet sustainability goals.

• Conduct annual procurement data collection and reporting in partnership with the Global Sustainability team.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a sustainability-related field.

• 7+ years' experience in corporate sustainability, focusing on supplier engagement and responsible sourcing.

• Experience in the agricultural or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
,
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks such as CDP, CSRD, and EUDR.

• Strong program management skills with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary global teams.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
