Job Description

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Manager of ESG Reporting in Chicago, IL. The role involves developing and leading the ESG reporting strategy, ensuring accuracy and transparency in disclosures, and collaborating with teams to analyze ESG performance. Responsibilities include managing the annual sustainability report, liaising with stakeholders, and promoting sustainability initiatives. Candidates should have a strong ESG background and a passion for sustainability. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $93K–$150K.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of ESG Reporting to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting strategy, ensuring accuracy and transparency in our disclosures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ESG reporting, a passion for sustainability, and a proven track record of driving results. Develop and lead the company's ESG reporting strategy, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze data on the company's environmental, social, and governance performance.
Ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency in all ESG disclosures.
Stay up-to-date on emerging ESG trends, regulations, and reporting frameworks to inform the company's strategy.
Manage the production of the company's annual sustainability report, including data collection, analysis, and writing.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including investors, analysts, and NGOs, to address inquiries and provide relevant ESG information.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement initiatives to improve the company's ESG performance.
Monitor and report on key ESG metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Provide training and guidance on ESG reporting and sustainability to internal teams.
Champion sustainability initiatives within the company and promote a culture of sustainability among employees.
Ensure compliance with relevant ESG regulations and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to effectively communicate the company's sustainability efforts to stakeholders.
