Manager – Business Finance

ReNew Power Limited is seeking a Manager – Business Finance in Gurugram, India. The role involves driving finance and digitalisation initiatives, improving finance processes, and analyzing performance across business units. Candidates should have an MBA or CA with 5-8 years of experience in finance, strong skills in MS-PowerPoint and Excel, and knowledge of SAP and digital technologies. The position requires collaboration with various teams and reporting to the VP & Head of Business Finance.
Work in the Business Finance Team on driving various Finance & Digitalisation initiatives

Roles and Responsibilities:-

Drive and Program manage Digitalisation & Finance transformation initiatives along with process / policy changes
Work on various finance related process improvement initiatives (Improved Reporting & Forecasting, Financial Analysis etc.)
Work on need based financial and operating performance analysis for various business units
Work with Business Finance Controllers on:

Enhancing / improving the monthly reviews
Driving efficiency improvement / cost optimisation opportunities across business units (i.e., Solar, Wind, Asset Management etc.)

Profile & Eligible Criteria:-

Finance professional – MBA / CA with 5-8 years of strong experience in Finance / Financial Analysis / Management Reporting / MIS etc. MBA Candidates with Consulting experience preferred.
Expert knowledge of MS-PowerPoint and Excel
Working knowledge of SAP. Exposure of emerging Digital technologies like Powerbi, Azure etc. will be an added advantage
Good Communication skills with ability to work with cross functional teams and senior leaders
