Responsibilities
Cleaning
Remove dust and clean screen surfaces to prevent electrical damage Keep the pre-cleaning section clear to maintain efficiency Monitor rice bran collection and clean before clogging occurs Checking
Inspect belt tension and adjust as needed Ensure pressure doors function properly for smooth operation Lubrication
Lubricate bearings every three months to keep machines running smoothly Monitoring & Best Practices
