Report maintenance issues waste removalAssign staff duties and inspect work for performanceMust be willing to do a weekend manager (Phone Support Mostly) on duty Should be a hands on manager who is willing to assist as neededShould know regulations and the survey process as it relates to both departments Field and Office. Should know the overall operations of all house cleaning. Be able to train staff to uphold Employment Manual and company requirements.
