The Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will engage with the entire ML stack—ranging from data management and model creation to evaluation and infrastructure development. Your key responsibilities will involve:
• Implementing cutting-edge model architectures and training algorithms.
• Building scalable data pipelines and training infrastructures capable of handling massive petabyte-scale, multimodal datasets.
• Rapidly iterating on experiments while staying up-to-date with current research to incorporate fresh ideas.

Essential Requirements
• A strong grasp of machine learning fundamentals.
• Expertise in at least one core ML domain (e.g., Computer Vision, Sensor Fusion, Language Models, Physics-informed Neural Networks).
• Experience in training models and meticulously analyzing experimental results, including conducting ablation studies.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing extensive data pipelines for petabyte-scale operations.
• A solid understanding of Weather or Climate-related AI/ML.
