Job description

CYCLE REPAIR MECHANIC
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in various types of bicycles, including road bikes, mountain bikes, and e-bikes.
• Perform routine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting bike components.
• Replace or repair damaged parts, such as tires, tubes, chains, gears, and brakes.
• Assemble new bicycles and ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
• Provide expert advice to customers on bike care, accessories, and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and labour costs.
• Ensure the workshop is clean, organised, and stocked with necessary tools and parts.
• Test ride bicycles post-repair to ensure proper functionality and safety.
• Stay updated on the latest bike technologies and repair techniques.
• Follow health and safety regulations during all repair and maintenance activities.
