ME MidCoast Maine: Help solve America's pollution problem

Citizens Climate Lobby is seeking volunteers in Brunswick, ME to address climate change through community engagement and advocacy. Volunteers will educate the public, meet with congressional leaders, and participate in various activities like writing and hosting events. The position offers options to work virtually and independently. Informational sessions are available weekly for interested candidates.

CCL volunteers work with their community and members of Congress on climate change solutions. We are organized into more than 450 local chapters across the U.S.

Your activities might include:
• Educating the community about global warming and legislative solutions
• Meeting with congressional leaders
• Writing letters to the editor
• Hosting film screenings and panel conversations
• Meeting with local media

We also have options available for working on your own or virtually.
