The Department of Molecular, Cellular and Biomedical Sciences (MCBS) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support departmental assessment and reporting efforts, specifically focusing on Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) for MCBS majors. This adjunct staff position plays a key role in gathering and analyzing assessment data to inform academic program development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect and compile verbal and written survey data related to Student Learning Outcomes
• Analyze and summarize SLO data for departmental review
• Prepare and deliver findings to the department chair
• Assist with departmental reporting and documentation requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department chair

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; background in education, data analysis, or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with data collection and reporting is a plus

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Chair of the MCBS Department.
