Job Description

The University of New Hampshire is hiring MCBS Summer Academic Support Staff to assist with departmental assessment and reporting focused on Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs). The Department of Molecular, Cellular and Biomedical Sciences (MCBS) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to support departmental assessment and reporting efforts, specifically focusing on Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs) for MCBS majors. This adjunct staff position plays a key role in gathering and analyzing assessment data to inform academic program development and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Collect and compile verbal and written survey data related to Student Learning Outcomes
• Analyze and summarize SLO data for departmental review
• Prepare and deliver findings to the department chair
• Assist with departmental reporting and documentation requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department chair

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; background in education, data analysis, or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with data collection and reporting is a plus

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Chair of the MCBS Department.
