About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be involved in designing and modelling low carbon buildings such as theatres, museums, galleries, schools, castles, cinemas, offices, churches, universities, and data centres.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and model a variety of buildings using industry-standard software
• Work closely with clients, architects, and specialist external consultants to deliver projects from concept to construction
• Carry out heating and cooling loads, size plants, ducts, or pipes, and ensure all projects adhere to CIBSE guidelines and British standards
Requirements
• At least two years' experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer
• Previous experience working directly with Architects
• Comfortable communicating technical terms to a non-technical audience
• Able to work as part of a team and contribute to collaborative project environments
