Looking for a solar installers with crew for subcontract work

IntegrateSun LLC is seeking experienced solar installers for subcontract work in Phoenix, AZ. Candidates should have experience with Enphase, SolarEdge, and battery systems like Tesla. The role requires a crew, including a licensed electrician. Work is flexible, with pay ranging from $25 to $34.63 per hour on a per watt basis. Previous work documentation is required, and no degree is necessary.
We are looking for solar installers experienced in installing Enphase, solar edge, Sol ark, inverter systems, and Battery systems such as Tesla, Panasonic, Franklin.

We are looking for technicians who either work with a crew or can build a team to complete the projects. Payment is on a per watt basis. BOM is covered by us, We do not provide Bill of Service or transport.

Work is flexible and weekend work is fine. We will ask for pictures of previous work.
