• Source Change analysis

• Design and support of RFI, RFP and RFQ in partnership with procurement partners

• Analyze logistics operations to identify areas for improvement in transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Stay informed about developments and trends in the energy market

• Conduct research to understand how energy market dynamics impact logistics costs

• Monitor and track logistics-related expenses, including transportation costs, fuel expenses, warehousing fees, and energy consumption
