Your Role:

As a Project Specialist, you'll take the wheel, overseeing and managing current and future projects with precision and expertise. You'll be the linchpin that keeps everything on track, the permit department, to the customer, and everything in between.
• Lead and Oversee: Manage truck drivers assigned to your projects, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
• Dispatch with Precision: Work hand in hand with the Dispatch and Permitting departments to ensure the proper trucks are dispatched and permitted accurately for projects and service moves.
• Track and Report: Create and update project spreadsheets with crucial trucking data, and use our Load Management Software to create loads and bill out delivered loads.
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with Site Managers, Customers, and the Accounting Department to resolve issues and keep everyone in the loop.
• Problem-Solve on the Fly: Tackle challenges head-on and come up with creative solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Prepare for Success: Manage pre-project checklists, allocate equipment, and handle all aspects of each project.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
• On-site: This position is based out of our Evansville, WY office.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Dispatch Software, and Inventory Software.
• Dispatch: Dispatching experience is a plus
• Customer Service: Experience in customer service
• Administration: High level of office administration

Physical Requirements:
• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit reach with hands and arms and climb or balance.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
