JMBOLD, LLC is seeking Logistics Delivery Associates in North Las Vegas, NV. The role involves delivering 250-350 packages daily using vans, requiring physical stamina and reliability. JOB DESCRIPTION: Delivery Associates (DA) are responsible for delivering 250-350 packages, averaging over 140-200 stops per day. Deliveries are performed while operating in the comfort of Mercedes Sprinters and Ford Transit vans utilizing the latest state-of-the-art technology to safely and effectively deliver smiles every day.

JOB DETAILS: Full time permanent positions are available. This job is challenging and physical yet, very rewarding. We are looking for drivers who are reliable, motivated and ready to work. Ideal candidates are energetic, ready to get the job done and are able to manage their time effectively while focused on SAFETY in performance of their assigned deliveries.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be available to work weekends
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Take a drug test
• A background check is required
• Perform a motor vehicle record check
• Be able and willing to work in all weather conditions
• Drivers work 10 hour days starting between 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m
• Drivers need to be able to lift and carry packages, sometimes up to 50 pounds each (though most are much lighter)
• Drivers may make more than 140 stops per day and need to get in and out of the van each time
• Will at times need to walk up flights of stairs to deliver
• Possess excellent communication skills when interacting with customers, coworkers and general public
• Excel with reliability and personal time management
• Able to read and navigate utilizing GPS
• Drivers will drive high-roof cargo vans around the region, no CDL required
