About the Role

Are you an experienced Project Finance & Loan Management professional with expertise in credit analysis, loan syndication, and disbursement Our client, a global leader in renewable energy, is looking for a Loan & Project Finance Manager to join their team in Hyderabad.

In this role, youll work closely with U.S.-based banks, C-suite executives, CFO teams, and finance professionals to manage loan disbursements, oversee project financing, and ensure seamless funding operations for large-scale solar and wind energy projects. Your insights will directly impact financial decision-making and strategic execution.

What Youll Do

Loan & Credit Management Oversee loan draw processes, syndication, and disbursement by working with banks, legal teams, and consultants

Project Financing Oversight Partner with project leads to align CAPEX budgets, forecast expenditures, and manage financial structuring

Credit & Risk Analysis Evaluate loan agreements, cash flow models, and financial structures to ensure compliance and risk mitigation

Portfolio-Wide Financial Strategy Contribute to cash flow forecasting, financial planning, and capital allocation for renewable energy projects

Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with lenders, external advisors, and internal teams to drive efficient financing solutions

Who You Are

MBA/Post-Graduate degree with 4-6 years of experience in Project Finance, Credit, or Loan Management

Expertise in loan syndication, credit underwriting, and disbursement processes

Strong understanding of financial modeling, cash flow analysis, deal agreements, and structured finance

Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skillscomfortable working with senior executives, lenders, and project teams

Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Renewable Energy finance

Background in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Credit Risk

Knowledge of Power BI, ERP systems, and financial automation tools
