Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)-Skilled Nurse Visits |Green Valley Ranch

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for home health care in Denver, Colorado. The role involves providing skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes, with flexible scheduling options available. Maxim Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our home health care team in Denver. You will provide high-quality care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes, making a positive impact on their lives. We offer intermittent skilled nursing visits that last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and we offer private duty nursing with shifts that are typically 8, 10 or 12 hours long, days and nights!

Responsibilities:
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:
• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

PDN Pay rate: $27-30/hr
