Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Australia's climate politics – Familiarity with energy transition debates, fossil fuel industries, and the political and economic systems that shape them.

How We Support Our People:
• We are committed to creating a workplace that supports our staff to do their best work and develop professionally.
• We offer hybrid, remote, and flexible working policies, as well as additional annual leave, paid parental leave, and life leave for significant personal reasons.
• We provide generous allowances for workspace and technology, regular all-org and team meetings, and retreats, and professional development budget and support.
