The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume and fast-paced environment, be able to communicate effectively, and possess strong leadership abilities and soft skills. They will be a self-starter, able to adapt and prioritize in a rapidly growing and changing environment, and responsible for all aspects of the warehouse, including the training and development of Warehouse Associates.
